Job Duties and Responsibilities
As a Fruit Picker, you will:
- Harvest a variety of fruits following proper picking techniques
- Sort and pack harvested fruits for transportation and distribution
- Adhere to safety and quality standards to ensure the freshness of the produce
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient and organized harvesting process
- Ensure that all equipment and tools are used safely and responsibly
- Loading of harvested fruits and veggies onto conveyors
- Perform all other designated tasks accordingly
Job Skills and Requirements
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Good physical stamina
- Ability to work outdoors
- Ability to handle the demands of repetitive tasks
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety and quality guidelines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Availability to work flexible hours during peak harvest times
- Previous experience in fruit picking or agriculture is a plus
