Job Duties and Responsibilities
As a Bookkeeper, you will:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for clients
- Process financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data
- Prepare financial statements and reports for clients and management
- Collaborate with clients and team members to address financial queries and provide expert advice
- Take charge of the preparation of the establishment payroll
- Perform all other designated tasks accordingly
Job Skills and Requirements
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a related accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
